1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• All accessories, samples, and promotional items included with the purchase must be returned.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
• Opened or used haircare, skincare, or beauty products
• Makeup and cosmetic products once seal is broken
• Hair extensions, wigs, and hairpieces once packaging is opened
• Tools or devices (brushes, combs, styling tools) that show signs of use
• Personalized or custom-blended products
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Photos of the product issue
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs
• Our error? (damaged, incorrect, or defective items): We cover the return shipping.
• All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your return is not accepted due to being opened, used, or not in original condition, it will be sent back to you.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for unopened and eligible items and depend on product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
